West Lawn and Gardens rentals include:

  • Staff person on site for full day of the event
  • Free accessible parking (east side of building)
  • Vendor equipment coordination
  • Access to restrooms on 3rd floor of the Alumni Center
  • Choose from an approved list of caterers

If needed, the client is responsible for the cost of all tents, tables, and chairs, which must be rented through the ISU Alumni Center. The events manager will work with the client to arrange for the ordering, delivery, setup, and pick-up of the equipment through the vendor.

The client is responsible for the cost of utility locates for any tent put on the Alumni Center West Lawn and Gardens.

The ISU Alumni Center is a great place to host a tailgate

Host a corporate outing, alumni gathering, or social party in the Alumni Center Eggerling ISU Traditions Garden prior to one of the home ISU football games this season.

Tailgates booked in the newly landscaped private Eggerling ISU Traditions Garden include:

  • Access to restrooms on the 3rd floor of the Alumni Center
  • Four (4) parking spaces on the west side of the Alumni Center
  • Tent, tables, chairs, and tablecloths
  • Choose from an approved list of caterers
  • Staff person on site for the event

Restrictions:

  • Events must be booked and confirmed one (1) month prior to the event date.
  • Cancellations may not be made later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
  • Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
  • All food and beverage must be catered through an approved caterer. Clients are not permitted to provide their food and beverage.
