Wedding Ceremony Package:
$750 - Member Rate / $800 - Nonmember Rate
Rental of Mente/Boyd Reception Area (5 hr. access day of ceremony)
Rehearsal the day before (2 hr. access to Mente/Boyd Reception Area)
Does not include setup or access for decorating
Package includes:
- Staff person on site during rehearsal and ceremony
- Unity table with white linen
- White sheer backdrop for alcove window
- 6 wooden pillars (4 - 4' pillars and 2 - 3' pillars)
- Removal of standard furniture and set up of theatre-style seating
Wedding Reception Package:
$1,650 - Member Rate / $1,750 - Nonmember Rate
Rental of entire second floor
(Cy's Lounge and Burnet Alumni Living Room, Reiman Ballroom, and Newlin Terrace)
Access from 8 a.m.-midnight
Package includes:
- Staff person on site for full day of the event
- Access to inventory of tables and chairs
- Access to projectors, TVs, one wireless microphone, audiovisual equipment and hookups
- White floor-length linens for guest tables and cocktail tables (24)
- Can lights for perimeter ballroom lighting (10)
- Tablecloths for guest book, place card, gift tables
- Skirting for the head table and cake table
- Dance floor (16' x 28')
- Free accessible parking
