1 & 2. Reiman Ballroom
This elegant ballroom is the perfect venue for creating a dramatic event. It can accommodate up to 180 people for a served dinner or 240 in a theatre-style arrangement. The room can also be divided into two separate spaces for more intimate gatherings (north and south). The room not only has an inviting fireplace, but also a pair of drop-down ceiling projectors and full media capabilities to accommodate your needs for multi-media presentations.

1. Reiman Ballroom (South)
Renting this space provides the elegance of the Reiman Ballroom as well as the functionality of a multimedia equipped space, but on a smaller scale. It can accommodate up to 130 people for a served dinner or 150 in a theatre-style setup.

2. Reiman Ballroom (North)
The smallest portion of the Reiman Ballroom is a great space for intimate gatherings and meetings of 35 or fewer people. This section contains the fireplace, and audio and DVD capabilities are available, but a portable media system is available for rental through the ISUAA to accommodate additional multimedia needs in this space.

3. Newlin Terrace
With a far-reaching view of the Iowa State Center, Jack Trice Stadium, and the City of Ames, the Newlin Terrace on the east side of the ISU Alumni Center is a great choice for an outdoor reception and other social gatherings. The terrace comes equipped with speakers and media hookups to accommodate music and other sound amplification needs.

4. Cy's Lounge & Burnet Alumni Living Room
Cy's Lounge and the Burnet Alumni Living Room together form a comfortable and open seating area, ideal for pre-dinner socials, buffet lines, or small gatherings. The combined space has a flat panel LCD TV, a fireplace, piano, and a bar. Cy's Lounge must be rented in conjunction with the Burnet Alumni Living Room; it cannot be rented separately.
